Republic Partners Properties, LLC Michael Martinez; Jenna Scott; Alex Perkins Fraudulent use of Credit Card Info. described as Title Search Cost for Sale of Vacation Time in Cancun, Mexico Las Vegas, Nevada

I first was contacted by Michael Marinez representing himself from Republic Partners Properties. on Dec. 29 2010.  He provided me with the Tel # (702) 997-8947-ext.339 He told me that his Company had a Buyer for my Timeshare in Cancun, Mexico. 

I was asked to pay $2,250.00 to cover Title Search Cost & he also would receive his commission from these monies. 

I was passed onto his (I think) Supervisor, Jenna Scott.  I explained to Ms. Scott that I was (at this date) not able to provide my Visa Account Number as I was awaiting the receipt of a replacement card, due to losing my card.

On January 19, 2011 - I telephoned Ms. Scott At the number she had provided (702)997-8947, ext.329  and told her that I was prepared to go ahead with the Sale, due to the receipt of my new Visa Account Number.

I then was passed onto Alex Perkins who took down my information on a "Federal Regulated Recorded Secure Telephone Connection"

The first set of Documents would be emailed to me.  These would be the "Owners'Verification" (ESTOPPEL).  These documents describing the Cancun property & Agreed upon Sale Price,  needed to be Notarized & returned. 
This was done & emailed by the Notary Public on the 4th of March, 2011.  He (Perkins) said the 2nd set of Documents would arrive  in 7 - 14 days along with the agreed upon Sale Price of $13,500. USD

Everything should be completely finalized by 90 days.  That would be  April 27, 2011

Some telephone Numbers for RPP have been disabled, and the personal telephone mail boxes of Mr.Martinez & Ms Scott, are full.   There is no reply to any of my emails. 

My Visa Account was debited on January 19,2011,  Posted Jan 21, 2011 in the amount of $2,308.10 CDN.   by Lunar II Entrprises  New York, NY

I have discovered that Lunar II Enterprises is a Payment Processing Center, in New York, NY  and I hve not ben able to find out anything else about the Company.

Help!  I am soon to be 74 years of age, living on a small Pension & these monies that were fraudulently obtained- have depleted me.
