I paid for the premium $399/month package for 2 months so I could collect customer reviews and have them uploaded to review sites by this company.

They said its easier to collect reviews and send them in so they can upload them for the customers because a big percentage of the people who are satisfied won't go and fill out reviews online... Sounded great to me until I sent them in on the last day of the contract and was told "the upload process is done for the day". That meant If I wanted them to show up online I would have to PAY FOR ANOTHER MONTH'S SERVICE.

I called and was reassured that they would "Manually upload them as a favor so as not to leave a bad taste in my mouth" that was in DECEMBER. Nothing yet and I emailed one last time today and got a call asking me to purchase a new Facebook product, and they would upload all of the reviews since they still had them.

Sad when a company designed to help your reputation cares so little about theirs. I should have looked up the reviews on them first.... Definitely a waste of money, Definitely  not a 5 star business.

Reputation Impression Is A Complete Scam

AUTHOR: Reporting Fakes - ()

POSTED: Sunday, July 28, 2013

THese posers use comment spam as their great solution to reputation repair.  This will work at sites like Yellowbot and a few others, but for the most part, sites frown on such obviously fakes reviews.  Do your business a favor and avoid anyone advocating comment spam as they do. Their service will help in the short-run, only to leave your business absolutely screwed in the future when the directories penalize your listing for all of the spam.
Another major issue with these jerks is their rude contact techniques.  They scrape local directories and call businesses at random.  Just search their name in 800Notes and other caller-id sites. They won't stop calling and never remove a company from their call lists on the first dozen requests.  We've tried now for multiple months to stop being approached by these scammers (we run a real reputation and PR company, and avoid at all costs the likes of them... lies do not make a comany profile expand, they actually detract from business since they leave such blatantly fake reviews.  Seriously, check out all of these promotional and self serving reviews. It woudl be wise to avoid any company that takes a "Pro-Spam" stance on advertising.

Well, like the title says. I got a call from a great gal "Brynn". She asked how I thought the service went and after I explained EVERYTHING, she got to work and made good on everything I had expected and went beyond. She even offered to give me an extra month's service that she would personally handle. Thanks for the good follow up service Brynn.
