Reserve National Insurance. Kemper Aka liars Sold a bunch of lies, claims ripoff Oklahoma

First bought catastrophic policy to protect my assets just in case. Was sold worse case scenario out of pocket 50k, and when Obama Care told ACA compliant. In hospital with severe injury was told I was only covered for $120 a day for hospital room only. So wanted to die looking forward to 3 surgeries and loosing home and life. Also bought small accident policy broken leg pays this broken finger this, well after they tried to pay the minimum for a broken dislocated ankle, after promising certain amount.

Then serious injury, was told 5 different payouts with excuses for that accident. They can't stop lying. On cat policy I thought I recorded the sales man in 2006 but can't find recording. They have changed owners many times, should have been a big warning. But when I saw they were ACA compliant on mypolicy I thought I was good, for rehab, meds, surgery, even mental health so thought I was covered 80/20 up to $50k oop. Boy was I surprised, would have rather died then leave my family penniless and prayed for death, but financial aid at hospital gave me hope and 28 days latter after 3 surgeries I qualified for Medicaid, I hate being on Medicaid, but grateful that I still have,a roof family and food in order to recover. Still have not settled my small accident policy grrrrrrr. And never heard back from any contact for the cat policy, the salesman is not around anymore, and font even sell the policy it was sold, so not sure where this is going. Maybe Medicaid can go after them and get paid back what my $50k in premiums paid for.
