Resort Condos Plus / Jack Burton told me that he had a buyer interested in my property. He lied to me and took my money. Houston, Texas

This started on September 18, 2009.  He told me he had an interested family to buy my property.  He asked waht I was asking for the property.  I had to pay a closing fee for title etc. in the amount of $1050.00 up front.  He said that I would get a call confirming that I wanted to go through with this but I had to say "NO" I was not told there was a buyer to the person who would be recording my call because they could not legally sale in advance.  He promised he had a buyer but I had to say NO in the recorded call because legally he could not sell in advance, but assured me he had a family that wanted to buy my timeshare. Unfortunately I did as told and now I'm stuck.

He called me right back, said that the "buyers" had accepted my offer and they were in the process of completing all of their paperwork.

He returned my calls and provided me with updates at the beginning.  He was very kind and said that is was all following the process.  I continued to check in with him and finally he did not return my calls or e-mails and now both numbers he gave me are disconnected.  He has not responded to my e-mails.  This company and this person is nothing but a major con.
DO NOT GET DUPED, THEY ARE VERY UNETHICAL!
