Resort Property Management Deceptive company that makes promises it doesn't keep Atlanta Georgia

 A representative called me and said that Home Depot was having a conference in the area and wanted to book places to stay, and that my newly purchased timeshare would be rented to them for a big payment to me. I was told that I only had to pay a onetime fee of $2,800 and I would be able to rent my timeshare through RPM and receive $2,100 for each week of my timeshare that I allowed them to rent out each year, which would be $6,300! I foolishly paid the money, and they also said that they would sell my unwanted timeshare that I have in Las Vegas. I was told that I would be paid within 30 days, but when that timeframe came and went, I called them to ask what the status of my payment was. I was told that they were just waiting on Westgate to release the payment checks, and that they were a little behind on sending out the checks, but I should receive a check within 30-45 days. When that didn't happen, I called again, however, this time I was told that the deal with Home Depot didn't go through and my property was never rented out! Each time I called after that, I was always told that they were working on a new deal, or that 2 of the 3 weeks were rented and that they were simply waiting on the 3rd week to be rented and they would send me a payment for all 3 weeks. Of course, this never happened, and was always told that I would be paid in 30-45 days, just be patient. I called Westgate to find out if any of my weeks had been rented, and of course they said no! RPM stopped answering their phones, they stopped returning my phone calls, and I never heard from them again. Oh, and of course, they never sold my Vegas timeshare either. They said they received offers, but the offers were too low!
