Ramada Plaza Reports/ Imperial Majesty Cruise Line Got a way to get a full refund Fort Louderdale Florida

people i checked my credit card account and i have extra 800$ what good news so i got a credit from Capital One and i received the money from Ramada Plaza now capital one can take their money back :))))) so if you want your money back work with your credit card company and BBB from south Florida (filea complaint ) and Division of Consumer Services from South Florida too.

here is my story before :
Hello how upset I was when i saw this website about Ramada Plaza I got into it also in the late of January, by mail a voucher, called them back and what a chance and so cheap, unbeleaveble. I signed up, gave credit card number (CAPITAL ONE) and in a few days i have the package in the begining of January. Made some research on internet and vuala rip off. Called them back 3 days in a raw to speak with a superviser to make a cancelation. My time was running also.

On Jan 26 I finally get somebody and they tell me is too late to cancel ( they offer 10 das) and By Florida Law I have 30 days and I was in my time then. They tell me they will cancel but no refund or give to somebody else but they don't cancel it TOO LATE they say. ( 848 $ total to leave for them). I was pissed off. meanwile I called capital One and filed a dispute on that transaction so i cot a credit only from Capital One. On February 7 I receive another package from ramada plaza I call them back and ask what is it with the second package. The problem was they reshipped for unknown reason, I asked maybe i tryed to cancel they checked in the system ans told me that is was a cal in january to try to cancel and a mark that the customer ( mine ) decision was not to cancel it, but to keep it. WHAAAA? I was insistive that at that time I called to cancel it and I want it canceled anyway. Then i got thet info: you got 30 days to cancel it, you called but didn't cancel it so you keep the package or give to somebody else, we will not give you anything back and they hanged up on me.

So i was dealing after that with Capital One ane BBB I got the papers from capital one to sign and a reply from BBB that Ramada Plaza agreed to give me a full refund. I sent this letter to Capital One and i will see this week what is going on. If i win i will lt you know but if you want to get your money back work with your credit card company, BBB and if you get something better write here cause WE HAVE TO PUT ramada plaza WHERE IT BELONGS
