This person is a scam artist.  Do not trust Mr. Boylan, don't do work for him and don't give him any money to publish his magazine!!  Shaun/Sean/Shawn, and whatever else he's calling himself, has repeatedly taken money from publishers and then never followed through on his end.  Multiple publishers paid for their magazines in full - most were printed, some were not.  Those that were printed are notoriously mailed late by 2-5 weeks!!!  Shaun/Sean/Shawn has refused to repay these publishers.  He's also screwed over several printers: Reis Graphics, American Web, and Quad Graphics (Quad Graphics sued Shaun for more than $20 MILLION dollars in a FRAUD lawsuit in another magazine publishing business and the link is listed below).  He has also utilized design services of several designers and then refused to pay them. 

Please do not give this person, his company or any of his representatives any money as you will lose it!  You may get away with publishing 1-6 magazines without issue, but Shaun's inability to manage his money will result in you being stuck with no magazines, advertisers wanting their money back, and your reputation in the toilet.
