RCA filed a claim with my insurance company to fix my roof,gutters and other misc damage from "hail and wind" damage. RCA received the insurance funds plus my "non-deductable" to complete the job. They failed to complete approx. 8 of the 10 items on the insurance claim for which they received full payment. The 2 items that they did complete are not completed satisfactory.

After repeatedly reporting the problems to RCA and several missed RCA appointments, They phoned me this AM and indicated that they would not complete the work! The phone call was in lieh of the contractor that was scheduled to show up for work. This organization, in my opinion , is a scam. Beware of them!
