This company is a division of a company called Globalfaces Direct. The company and their leader has sold their soul to the devil. They lie, cheat and steal using charity as a cover-up for "doing good work". They are truly cultish and treats people with no respect at all. They will train a new rep like a military soldier breaking their spirit and identity then building it to what they want, sheep to male Rodrigo money alone. The people blindly follow this guy as though he is Hitler. He makes them work hard promising them wealth and opportunity as well as flashing his wealth so they think they can be like him one day but little do they know, they will never get there because he is the one keeping all the money. A perfect analogy would be If there are 10 people on a team eating 1 pizza but Rodrigo will eat as much as he can and leave 3 slices for the rest, some will not eat and the fortunate ones that do will not get full. Simply put it, you will constantly starve but you will get just enough to survive while his pocket gets fat. He is also known to apparently study the art of manipulation.

He moves money around to disrupt the system to avoid paying taxes (illegal) and does not do anything honestly. If only the charities knew who actually represents them is a federal criminal. He hides the money by putting thousands into other people's accounts and tells them they need to give it back to him whenever he needs it. These people they think are getting bonuses or money in turn making him look very generous. Then when they spend it, he says it was a test on how they manage money and they failed. Leaving them feeling like they owe him and the vicious cycle goes on. He also will alter his reports so if a rep is making good money and another isn't, he will move the sales and money to please the rep who may not be doing to well in order to keep them from leaving. He violates human rights the way he treats people. I have seen people cry there. I feel sorry for them as they all follow him as a leader and all he does is exploit and abuses them. Sometimes taking them on trips and dinners but thats just a way to gain their trust and favor. It's very sad to see. I heard he is so petty in criminal activity that he doesn't even hold real insurance. He apparently pays for someone to create a fake policy which will register if pulled over however, get into an accident and there will be no coverage. He is also heavy into drugs such as cocaine, steroids and mollies which he offers to his employees... Note that the company name will change again. Probably even as soon as after this review.
