Is Very Simple: We "Match" your "Resume" against a database of registered and human verified recruiters and employers that best match your industry and regional preferences". - THAT IS WHAT RESUME VIPER CLAIMS TO DO! - Well, I bought the most expensive package - "Package A" @ $100.00 that promises instant connection to direct employers, staffing agencies etc but here is what resume viper does not tell you - "THEY CANNOT GUARANTEE A RESPONSE FROM ANY OF THEIR "LISTED" EMPLOYERS"

(a) I took the time to go over the 2053 "possible" employers and most of what was sent to me were duplicates if not triplicates! eg. they would have "John Smith" listed as a contact person for "John Smith Inc" - same phone number, same city and state - but then - right below that, they would have "an additional" listing as "John Smith Incorporated" or "John Smith LLC" or "John Smith Agency" - again.. - same phone number, same city and state! - so 4-7 listings of "potential" employers while it is really one and the same company.

(b) I wrote to customer service after I contacted nearly 1000 "potenial" employers and none of them got back to me - I have the records to prove that. This is despite having excellent qualifications and over 10 years of experience. I mentioned my frustration at encountering 10 of the "same" potential employers and as you can imagine, no one got back to me.

(c) When I called and spoke to the only man that answers the phone when you call "SAM" is his name, he explained to me that they do not guarantee that you will get  a response, but he was more than happy to "redistribute" my resume to potential employers.

RESUME VIPER IS FRAUDULENT AND I WOULD ADVICE YOU TO STAY FAR...FAR.. FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!

As a "desperate" jobseeker who was laid off from my previous two positions, I was doing what I thought was the "right thing" and being proactive, etc and I came across Resume Viper - and unfortunately, THEY GOT ME GOOD!

I wrote to them and said that I do not expect my money back, but I did tell that I would be warning everyone that i can about their shady practices. THIS IS A SCAM! PLEASE STAY FAR AWAY FROM RESUME VIPER. ! OH PS. I have 3 months of service left with the company! yeeeahhh for me!

I took the time to go over each and everyone of the 2000+ "companies" to whom you "allegedly" submitted my resume and much to my surprise.. many of these companies are duplicates! even the names listed as 'contact persons" are the same. I don't need to give you examples - you know this already. - BUT.. Just for humor's sake - only because I am a great sport and I know when I have been taken for a fool - let me go over a few things.

(a) You list a company like A and A associates with "John Smith" as a contact and but this is duplicated 6 times! so.. essentially.. I paid 100 bucks to read this information.

(b) I have been proactive in sending out my resume and sending personalized letters to over 1000 of the so called "agencies" and "direct employers" - AND GUESS WHAT? No response or acknowledgement. - ARE THESE EVEN REAL PEOPLE?

I must applaud you resumeviper.com- the operation that you have there is brilliant! I had called to ask for a refund but a very polite agent offered to resubmit my resume as you do not offer refunds.

I am not angry.. no actually.. I am a little amused and have a "DUH! WHAT WAS I FREKIN THINKING MOMENT" - and no..I don't want my money. I believe in Karma. You can roll your eyes all you want - but TRUST me - the good ol' saying that WHAT GOES AROUND COMES AROUND..is true. I am about to lose my home and that 100 dollars that you stole from me can make a difference right about now - but what do you care right? You took advantage of a crisis and have made thousands ..probably millions out of people like me - and you know what? - That if fine - no one ever said life is fair. I made a stupid decision to trust in your services and reviews and it's my fault. What I can do however is give an accurate documented account - unbiased opinion of my experience to anyone that will listen and let them make an informed decision.

Well.. I have a few more months of my membership.. so I will log in and have a good ol' time with it.

Thanks for teaching me a valuable lesson resume viper! - You live up to your name - that should have been a redflag right there.. - afterall - vipers are tremendously ruthless aren't they?
