Resume Writers And Headhunters Or Theous Corporation FRAUD- failed to provide services as promised Web web

Unemployed and in need of a fresh resume, I searched for a credible resume writing service on the Internet. On 2/19/07, I chose Resume Writers and Headhunters based upon the endorsements of five different professional organizations. The testimonials seemed credible as well.

I paid for resume writing services and also headhunting. The price was discounted at $545.00. Contact began with a very professional looking and in-depth questionnaire. From there however, things went downhill quickly. It took three weeks of constant requests to get a VERY rough draft of my resume. This draft caused me to realize that the writer(s) were not fluent in the use of the English language. The cover letter was awful. The edits I requested were little better.

Throughout this process, I had to initiate all the communication. They failed to meet most every deadline they set. In an effort to expedite the process, I edited and resubmitted the documents and requested the headhunter contact me. Several weeks and numerous excuses later, a headhunter called me at 7:30 on a Saturday night! He had not seen my resume or questionnaire and wanted to know what company I wanted to work for.

As of this date, 4/3/07, I have yet to receive any placement assistance from this company. I have filed a complaint with IC3/FBI claiming fraud. In contacting the professional agencies listed on Resume Writer's website, I found none of these agencies have ever heard of this company. They are demanding that Resume Writers stop the use of their logos.

I demanded Resume Writer's mailing address numerous times to no avail. Without that I am unable to file a report with the BBB.

Stay away from this company!!!!
