Resumes Planet the only thing they write well are lies, junk resumes, and phony guarantees Internet

I paid them for a "professionally" written resume. What I got was junk. I went with them because they advertise expertise in resumes for career changes and the ability to write a resume for the field I was looking in. It's clear that they don't have a clue about either. They completely disregarded the job descriptions I provided & made up their own and gave me qualifications I didn't have. It was, all in all, filled with complete lies. I asked for a different writer...one that would actually read the information I provided...never happened. I detested the format and asked to have it changed...never happened. They guarantee invitations for an interview within 30 days BUT 30 days passed and I didn't have a usable resume. So much for that guarantee. Furthermore, they have carefully hidden the the terms and conditions of their guarantees on their website. The money back guarantee is a joke as well. This is from their website: "In case of a refund request due to bad quality of the Product, the Customer
must provide strong reasons, and examples to back up the claim for refund. Only after an extended list of violations is provided, will the request for refund be forwarded to the Quality Assurance
Department for further investigation..." The "chat" with us option is useless as well and no one is permitted to talk to the writer nor will they disclose the writers qualifications.

Even if the resume wasn't great, I figured that I'd at least have something I could work with. Wrong again. The resume I received was the biggest piece of crap I've ever seen. A 10 year old could have provided a better product.
