The next day after I bought the products I decided to return them, When I arrive to return the products at the store where I purchased them, the staff told me the person who can refund me it’s only the sales person who sold me the products, staff told me they don’t have system, they gave me 1000 excuses, they even told me I have to refund via telephone they never refund in store and the customer service phone number never answer the calls I had to wait hours for Rachel the manager, when she arrived she told me : - They don’t refund because the products were on clearance and the funny thing it’s that the shop didn’t have any sign or announcement of sales or clearance and I told her to check the Camaras to prove that day they didn’t have any promotion sale advertising. -

She told me she can’t refund because she didn’t know how I kept the products stored and for that reason she can’t sale it after. - she also told me that one product that she opened in the store she can’t receive it even if SHE OPENED in front of my family and they have Camaras... because she opened for us before I confirm I will purchase them, even if I want it or pay it - she couldn’t keep lying, and I remind her she told us she gave us employees price it wasn’t a promotion or sale They have a plan to steal, its the worst store, service, staff and products ever, I want to advise all the people and customers in the USA to avoid this shop these thieves are assaulting igneous people, malls should not accept them.
