Had been taking Resveratrol  Ultra product since April of 2009. Was able to switch amount of payment from approx. $91.08/month including shipping and handling to just $40/month somehow after speaking with a customer service rep regarding order after about a month. No problem. 

Was not real clear as to how or why this could be done, but was ok for awhile. Suddenly didn't receive order on time so called to check. Customer service reps. sounded foreign and difficult to communicate at times. Had to reorder all over again for no valid reason, but all seemed ok still. Monthly debits of $40 continued, but in different names it appeared on billing statements.

Continued to get product, but then more recently (May 2010) was running low and decided to call to check status of order. Was told had to cancel order and was now 'newer, better' version of the product Resveratrol Ultra and I could order that as substitute.

Was given a new # to call for product. Had difficulty getting through, so called back to original # and was contacted in short time after by a customer service rep. who reported that this product called Renew-U was the updated version of Resveratrol Ultra. two days later received order but this new product contains no Resveratrol and am unable to get anyone from company, using #'s given, as well as previous ones, to answer phone.

Have tried for one week at different times and am on continuous 'wait'/'hold' with obnoxious music playing repetitively. One # goes into voice mail stating to leave message, which I did, and no return calls yet. Called my bank and now reported disputed charge, and will have to send back product and wait to see if a refund will be issued...will be very surprised if this happens now after seeing all the complaints on this website. Very scary.
