I purchased the premium package on Retirement Jobs.com in 2011; said premium package was good for only 6 months.  Only used it a few times; didn't find it helpful.  When I received my credit card statement for September, I noticed that I'd been charged $19.99 for access.  This is a charge that was not authorized, and when I tried to call, there was only a tape stating that if you knew the extension to dial it, or to access the directory.  Then the call went dead.
