I received a seriously past due account letter in the mail from Retrieval Masters Creditors Bureau, Inc, on an old verizon wireless bill that I paid in full over three years ago.  Luckily I had saved the copy of the check and info where I paid it off, however this company has turned my information over to the credit bureau, and put a bad mark on my credit report for a bill that was paid in full over three years ago.  Now, I am having trouble getting the credit report corrected.  What can I do to get this fixed?  Is there anything that can be done to this company for ruining my credit, and moreover, ruining the credit of other innocent victoms?   \
