paid shipping and handling for a free trial, two weeks later was charged $94.67 (I NEVER AUTHORIZED THIS). I called and raised hell and they refunded my money then recharged my account again the same day. They refused to refund my money and hung up on me several times. After hours of hassle and calling they agreed to return half my money. FRUADULENT ADVERTISING!!! How can I be charged for something that was advertised as free?
