Revelation Software Technologies ripoff diahonest software sold with money back guarantee Company refuse to issue refund Internet

The Company sent me a email regarding a their handicapping software with exiting improvements
I did not request this email, but decided to go ahead and try the program, because they offered a no question asked money back guarantee.

I tried the program and when it did not perform as well as expected , I cancelled the transaction, deleted the software completely from my computer and requested a refund within the ten day guarantee period.

their response was they will not issue me a refund because their system showed that I tried the program sometime in the past, and they do not issue multiple refund to the same person.

I was not aware that I tried the program already or I would not have risked my hard earned monry to try something again that did not work for me. there were no restriction in the money back gurantee for a person who might have unwittingly tried the software a second time, especially since the email they sent me stressed improvement.
