The letter had NO name or identifying info. for me other than an account number and a dollar amount I
supposedly owed. The home address was incorrect.
The title was listed as "Worker's Compensation" NOT Workmans compensation.
The address in Columbus looked fabricated. The zip code for P.O Box in Cleveland listed on letter as 44101-59832. Too many numbers in the second part.
The email address to send payment has "Business-and Non-Profits/Collections/Pay-Online" written this way in the letter. This document would not allow me to capitalize them in the information portion.
I have never applied for or received Workmans Compensation.
My concern is that many are just looking at Attorney General and not really reading the letter, and getting scammed out of their money.
