I ordered beau derma and revita eye and agreed to pay only 5.95 for shipping. Within a week I received the products.

This company immediately charged my card 85.95 and 95.95. There was no agreement other than shipping fees

Permission...

YOU gave THEM express permission to bill YOUR CARD if YOU didn't cancel the order within 14 days of PLACING the order. When YOU entered in YOUR payment information, YOU clicked a "I Agree" tab. By doing so YOU gave them the permission needed. What YOUR tale tells EVERYONE IS THAT YOU DID NOT READ!!! You didn't read what YOU agreed to. YOU didn't read the terms and conditions. NOW when YOUR MISTAKE has come back on you and they charge YOU exactly what they said they would, somehow MAGICALLY they are a "scam". The reality is that YOU DID THIS TO YOURSELF!!!!! I am reminded of an episode of Family Guy where Glen is setting up his new computer and he clicks the "I agree" tab and a min later some guy walks up and punches him in the head. When Glen exclaims his surprise at being hit in the head, the person who hit him states quite clearly "Hey YOU agreed to it." I bring this up to point out the real life consequences of blindly clicking an "Agree" tab. Its JUST as legally binding as your signature. All YOU can do is cancel the CONTRACT that YOU entered into and contact your bank and get a new card issued. You MUST call and follow THEIR cancellation policy or you are going to see ANOTHER charge on your card. In the future BEFORE you click that "Agree" button, READ WHAT YOU ARE AGREEING TO!!!! YOU would no more "Agree" to getting robbed in real life then you would in the virtual world. It was YOUR laziness and lack of attention that got you into this. Well THAT and NOT READING!!!
