Rewardli Review - Rewardli Scam

Beware of this company!!

They are deceptive and will waste your time and money.

I signed up for Rewardli at the beginning of February thinking it might be a good way to promote our business.  We paid $200/month for:

- A quarterly email blast to their users

- Placement of our offer on their website

After paying for their service, it took several attempts to even get in touch with somebody.  I was connected with a rude salesperson who questioned whether or not our company could handle the business we'd get from them.  He also informed me that they'd like our company to provide a 40% discount and give them 30% rev share IN ADDITION to the $200/month we agreed to before submitting our credit card.

I contacted the founder and he agreed to honor the terms that were agreed to before submitting our payment.  We were scheduled to go live on Feb 20.

Feb 20th came around, and our offer was not posted.  I contacted them for an update and they said that it was delayed until the following week.

The following week came around and still nothing.  I contacted them again and received this response:

"We did start sending your offer out yesterday. Our system starts with small batches of emails and monitors the results as it gradually increases the volume.  In the case of your offer, it unfortunately didn't perform well so it was stopped before going out to the entire list. Sorry our user base is not a good match for your offer."

This is really hard to believe considering:

1. I didn't see our company listed on their website.

2. There are quite a few offers listed with ZERO or 1 redemption.

3. The products we offer are very much the products that Rewardli's audience would purchase.

Additionally, I didn't read anywhere that inclusion in their service is dependent on performance.

Don't waste your time with this company.  I wish I didn't!

George,

It's indisputable that we did not receive what we paid for. I sent you screenshots of what was promised to us before we paid for your service from your website twice. i think it's justified to call your service a scam.

As as for the so called A/B test, since all of your emails send people to your site and our offer was not listed anywhere there, it's highly doubtful that this actually happened.

I gave rave you more than enough opportunities to make things right before posting my review here.

Hi Dan,

When you initially contacted our sales representative, he told you he didn't expect your promotion to get significant uptake with our user base. Despite this and upon your insistence, we agreed to try to promote your offer to our audience of small businesses and you payed us a promotional fee.

Unfortunately during our pre-email A/B testing your offer did not perform well and was deleted from the rotation. There is a high demand for placement in our targeted network. Consequently, the bar for quality and relevance is high, and not everyone's product or service is a good fit.

We immediately and automatically issued you a full refund and informed you of this fact. It's unfortunate that you should choose to accuse us of being a "scam" without so much as even mentioning this fact.

We're sorry we weren't able to meet your expectations and wish you the best of luck with your business.

Sincerely,

George Favvas

Rewardli
