I redeemed my points for an Amazon Gift Certificate in January, 2012. After waiting the 12 weeks which it stated it could take, I wrote to support. I have written several times over the past seven months and have received no response whatsoever. All of my emails have been ignored. To this date, I have not received my Amazon Gift Certificate. Beware of; they are not legitimate and do not honor their obligations.
