RGA Armani Reportage Jacket - M. Pasqualino ripoff, street con artist Irvine California

Noticed I was beling followed by a Tan Xterra (New Jersey license# UMJ 16M) in Lowe's Parking lot. Brown Haired, Blue eyed man with razor stubble, a dark brown suit with a large wooden crucifix around his neck asked me if I was italian. Spoke to me in Italian and told me he was from Naples and was in dire straits because he lost all of his money and needed to catch his flight back to Italy. Showed me a European Union ID card (named Pasquale Marello) and rental agreement from Avis. Asked me for help to pay for the rental car and for something to eat as he "hadn't eaten in two days" Asked me if I was CAtholic and spoke about Helping others. Against my better judgement I gave him $350. He offered to give me some clothing to say "thank you" but I refused (since helping someone is helping without payment). Smart guy but still got swindled.

I can't believe I was taken by this guy but he played on my emotions and was slick on his delivery..my only consolation was he only got me for $50..I saw the same jackets later that night on ebay, (the sellers were admitting they were fake), going for around $35 bucks + shipping so I didn't pay too much more than what the piece of crap was actually worth..any real leather jacket will have a ''100% leather'' tag somewhere on it..this one of course,didn't but the whole point is don't buy anything off the street, if it's too good to be true it usually is..

I found a couple of these jackets at Good Will store. For tweny-five bucks they seem like a good deal. I bought one and I'm very happy with it. Seems like some of the people that thought they got ripped off, actually may have a good deal.

Getting back to ALL YOU who have encountared and purchased the so called knock off's w/ the Label Reportage RGA**** SCAM!. I was in front of an afternoon lunch with a co-worker of mine somewhere in Irvine California next to a bank where these 2 scammers posing as Italian fashion designer from Milan and both were driving a rented Cadillac STS. They offered me free Itallian designer clothing, and one them named Carmine who was in his mid-20s claimed he lost all his money from Vegas and he got robbed by some girl and took his Rolex, he even showed his Passport, plane ticket, and temp Visa. He showed it to me too quicly, but I got trained eyes one them was expired now as their treat for me, they are offerring me complimentary jacket, pants and leather calfskin jacket for all under $300 to help them pay for their plane ticket to back to Italy. First off I almost bought it because how impulsive and quick these guys work(quicker than I was back in the days), but what these guys didn't know was that I am a retired scammer who use to do the same deal with a different product(Electronics). Now I'm legit and I work 9-5 and have actual professional job that pays for bills and I file for the income taxes now, and actually help people out when they are victims. So as we role to my scenario, I dropped the bag, told them NO thanks!, this deal is over, I don't even want it even if it is free. No thanks! But the clincher is that these guys forgot to lock their so called rental car doors and I followed them to a restaurant about a block away because I think they got hungry or something or maybe another scam, and for my amusement I wanted to see how these guys operated to another victim. They got some other dude by the way after I turned them down. When they were out of range and out of sight, I quickly opened their car trunk because I guess for some reason they forgot to unlock it or alarmed it. I saw their collections and took half of their merchandise, which includes 3 real name brand shoes(which was real). So the Pont of my rebutal is Scammer Vs. Scammer, they Got jacked my fellow victims. I finally caught up to them, and the only people that can beat a scammer is another thief. Lesson learned Don't Buy anything from the streets this includes to all you South Orange Countians. It's a fresh oppurtunity for these guys to delve into your wallets unsuspectingly, Their M.O. is they take advantage with your emotions by feeling pitty for them. BTW, these guys posing as Italians are not Italians, and one them when he spoke to me in Italian, was very poor and dialect of Milanese does not match his tone of voice(I've been to Italy and have a trained eye for counterfeit clothing, etc.) I am a professional appraiser now in my spare time. I'm guessing they are Iranian youths who had studied in Italy many years back and saw opportunity to make quick cash from Americans. So DON'T BUY ANYTHING FROM THE STREETS! This includes don't fall for any pittyness from these people.
