This is an addendum to the poor lady in McKinney Texas that was ripped off by Rhode Construction:
A PUBLIC DOCUMENT FROM THE STATE OF TEXAS (docket 370-09-0101) about Robert Rhode and Rhode Construction can be found on google (more below).
We knew Robert Rhode in highschool. He was always a cheat and a thief! He just bought a multi-million dollar home! As of November 2012 it was just built! In sympathy to the lady that had $40k stolen, we would never post anyone's residential address BUT you may want to take a scenic drive down "Champion Grandview Way, Austin, Texas 78750". ALSO, we posted our profile pics from GUESS WHO! Nice view from our "3rd Floor Balcony" eh??? We obtained the pics from You Know Who's PUBLIC facebook page!
THE PUBLIC DOCUMENT FROM THE STATE TEXAS (docket 370-09-0101) contains information about how Robert Rhode moves from place to place AND how he opens and closes bank accounts...
He can't even pay a $1,000.00 fee to renew his Construction License!! ALTHOUGH the public document states that Robert Rhode probably obtained his original license "Fraudulently"!!! IT'S AN INTERESTING AND PUBLIC READ!!
We are very sorry you were ripped off AND it is too bad that this website isn't more popular, because there would be at least 6 more reports that we know of!! (As a matter of fact, if our posts get published on this website under "Freedom of Speech", we are going to blast everyone about this website!)

Mrs. Devaney had a second claim on her home after multiple days of freezing weather. The pipes inside, in between the first and second floor had frozen and burst because the heater was not working and she had no electicity to the home.
What Mrs. Devaney doesn't understand is when you dont have heat on in your home it will eventualuy become the same temp. as outside, which was below freezing. This home was not occupied at the time so maybe this is why she didnt keep power/Heat on.
As per the insurance adjuster it is the homeowners "Diligence" to keep heat on to keep pipes from freezing. so guess you could say she committed insurance fraud.
As per the follow up comment: Robert B. And Nick H. denied writing such a comment and is false.
Mr. Devaney probably wrote that himself. as far as money's go, i would like to see copies of checks etc. Mr. Devaney did make some partial payments but insisted that i take a Cash discount. He had also showed me photos on his phone of a young woman, Tatooted and naked. He said she called him "SUGAR DADDY" this may be the reason Mrs. Devaney felt she paid more than she did.
I dont live in a Million Dollar home! I dont even own a home, im a renter. I guess with Freedom of speach anyone can post anything. What a shame. I would ask that all be proven or dropped please if not.
