RhondaK Native Florida Folk Artist RhondaK Defrauded Me, Stole My Artwork, and Stole My Earnings Nokomis, Florida

Someone was kind enough to put together a video that clearly shows that everything in my complaint is accurate and true.  This was put together from the 50 page report that is being forwarded to officials and backs up with visual proof and well as with RhondaK's own words that everything I have said was true.

I have started receiving threats from RhondaK's people and herself!  She sent me an email stating, "I will come after you" and additional parties have began to email me with threats of retaliatory action.  Instead of answering the complaint, she has chosen to get other people to create severe emotional distress.  I hope I'm not in danger for telling the truth about her.

This complaint was in reference to specific issues that I have with her company, namely: the refusal to provide a detailed accounting of bills and earnings.  Her assertion that we were never business partners can be countered with many witnesses and third party businesses who were asked to refer all RhondaK business questions to me.  And as stated in the original complaint, everything claimed is backed by both visual evidence and witness testimony.

In the above rebuttal, Ms. Kitchens continues a steady pattern of diversion from the real complaint and what this report does - to shed light on her egregious business ethics.  She appears to have the opinion that if she paints a bad picture of me, then her own egregious actions will be overlooked.  This is not the case.  She still is refusing to actually answer the real complaint and provide a detailed accounting.  

This is not an extortionate narrative.  I tried, to no avail, to handle this issue privately.  She simply ignored all calls to action. 

In 2010, there's a report in Hillsborough County Clerk of Court where Kris Pierce of Halowaskew Entertainment is listed as "indigent" after not being able to pay for a lawyer when he was put in jail for a theft of $220.  He will often tell people he is unemployable due to an issue with a young lady in his youth, but fails to mention his trail of indescretions which have been primarily drug oriented and also petit thefts. A quick search of Kristopher Pierce in the State of Florida and various counties individually will show a very troubled pattern as far back as 1996.

When he recontacted me in 2011, he said it was all behind him including the issue with huffing. I paid all expenses for his living here as he was unable and unwilling to locate a job.  He used his time here to secure a relationship with a convenience store clerk for bath salts, synth weed and also made use of Craigs list to look for "I'm Home Alone" sexual encounters. Naturally, it was a computer virus that had identified his home aloneness, age and availability to watch.

At Geckofest in September, Mr. Pierce claimed and took all the cash for the show for a show he subsequently cancelled.  It was $400. He blamed me and his family for cancelling the show, but he actually cancelled the show himself which upset the promoter.  I have a copy of that letter referring to such concepts as "flake."  He subsequently ended up in the Venice Memorial Hospital on ER on the 8th -- a fact he tried to hide as it was likely due to his huffing issue. A friend of mine found him passed out from huffing in my art studio the first week he moved here in March 2012.  The police did come. I paid out of my pocket $500 for him to see a counselor to help him.  Records of this do exist, to Mr. Pierce's likely chagrin.

I have reason to believe now, he never went to that counselor. Or if he did, he may have gone to a free or low cost one as I continue to receive First Step Sarasota mail requesting feedback for their services.

He was not a business partner. He was not a participant in business planning, show locating, art or visioning for me or my business. I ask him to help out as he was absolutely doing nothing else but sleeping, playing games, worrying on what Bill Leeb of Frontline Assembly was thinking and related items that did not serve to pay rent or bills. In the time that he was here my Florida Power bill doubled.
My expenses naturally doubled. This was not a business relationship. As it was also not a true relationship, I ended the engagement. He was never to live here for free. He was supposed to provide his own way and support the household. He never paid money into the business or particpated in the expenses of the business. He is not listed on SUNBIZ.org as having anything to do with my business.

Additionally, his business is not listed with the State of Florida. This can be easily checked by going to Sunbiz.org.

My art is about happiness, the sun, the water and all things Mr. Pierce hates. Mr. Pierce in facts, simply hates me and the way I do things. It does not meet his standards and he was impossible to work with.


Mr. Pierce should look for a job to put all these creative talents toward.

He is using this site to try to extort money from me that he had already told a singer in a previous band he had for a tour--back in August.  This isn't a figure I remotely owe him -- he owes me twice this amount -- this is a figure he wanted to put on Kickstarter to fund a tour rather than get a job to fund his tour.

He mentions his Etsy store which is for "dark souls" - which isn't my demographic.  He is selling signs made at my house with my materials tools and the like.  I do not sell this type of work. I have nothing of his that I haven't Kilzed over into more appropriate salable items. I often recycle wood for my art.


These items below can all be found on just Hillsborough County Sheriff County. Searching other counties will verify that he's been addicted to a variety of substances and has sometimes had no address.  His many issues and violations can be found Clerk of County and also online criminal files.  I do not know if companions of these exist in Arizona, New York and California.
