We contracted with Riaenjolie for website development in September of 2012 with a promised delivery date of 6 weeks. After seven (7) months of attempting to work with this company we have discovered that they are incapable of developing a professional looking website with the content requested in the initial bid. We are still having issues with page layout, header pictures relevant to page material, placing pictures in the body, placing embedded video links, and general format of the website.

Continued attempts over the past 7 months have proved fruitless as each request is followed by a response of "I will pass that information to the development team" which then takes approximately two weeks to make any changes. Each time the contract coordinator was contacted, he indicated that he "needed more time to get the changes done" when in fact the first four months virtually nothing was done. It took over three months to get an initial "proof" which was filled with unusable pictures, tag lines, and unworkable software for adding content.

We attempted to resolve the situation for the next four months with the result an unprofessional looking product. Again the supervisor was contacted and asked for "more time to make the final changes". We are attempting to get a website active that is professional looking, has images applicable to title on the back pages, and the ability to place pictures and video links. This was not accomplished by Riaenjole and they refuse to refund any of the initial deposit.

Robert's wife Susan contacted us for a website for her Fitness business, we committed to deliver her the website within 6 weeks of time if she coordinates with the content as well as other required information because Susan chose to provide content herself. On the basis of initial discussion we developed a design mockup for her in less than two weeks, she was supposed to provide us the content so that we can complete the other pages of the website but she was not able to do so, we waited for many days and got to know later that client went out of town. Please see the attached e-mail screenshot to prove it, that delayed the development process but anyhow we gathered the information and completed the work on priority. Susan then decided to make some of the changes herself so she requested for the admin panel access. We provided admin access and also trained her about how to make the changes but that made the situation even worse, client deleted the entire website and all our hard work got dumped into trash. Please see the attached e-mail from client to prove that she deleted the website, then we restarted the development work and completed the website again for her. The website is complete and can be seen at http://demo2.webstarttoday.com/test/ideahealth/, please also see the attached appreciation e-mail from client that shows how much client loved the work. We didn't even charge a single penny extra for redoing the entire website, now the website is complete and ready to go live but client doesn't want to pay us the balance i.e. $799 as he doesnt have the money now. We also provided stock images worth around $800 to the client without any cost, we are still ready to help the client out if he has some concerns with the designed website. Client still owes us $799 and we are in the process of sending her a legal notice for not paying that amount.
