Hi, I'm writing this complaint to prevent many more people from loosing tons of their hard earned money. I'm a hard working engineer, 30 years old with a loving wife and kid. Luckily I was one of the few who managed to luckily get their money back, let me tell you how.

So this process started a few days before 8/9/2010 which is when I attended a paid for workshop on how to build personal wealth. The free workshop was a few days earlier and was basically a big sales pitch to get you to the next work shop which I believe cost $75 on the 9th. I went for it and attended the workshop expecting great useable content to get my money's worth. Granted I had read 3 of Kiyosaki's books so I identified with the mindset and perspective being portrayed. Well, before I knew it they were promoting another workshop, this time it was an intensive 3 day workshop with tons of content packed with secrets to building wealth cost $200, and we were set for 9/2/2010, which was a Friday.

Fast forward to Sunday 9/4/2010 we had gone through success stories, strategies, tools, and basically a massive workbook. I was exhausted and stressed about making a $14k commitment which was the lowest entry point, but I felt compelled to, so I put it on my credit card. Before then they finally introduced Tigrent Learning on Sunday which I thought was weird but I dismissed it. That night I couldn't sleep and I told my wife. When I showed her the strategy they pitched to make some quick money in mobile homes, intuitively she said that's not going to work. I took her advice and did some research online and saw the mobile home market was very competitive, locked up by big players. That's when I knew for certain I had to cancel!

Monday 9/5/2010 I started the cancellation process sending the notice certified mail as instructed to 5245 College Drive, Murray UT 84123 certified with required signature mail, so I would have proof they received it. Then just to be sure I went online after sending the notice to www.tigrentlearning.com and I saw a different address 4255 Lake Park Blvd. Suite 300, Salt Lake City, UT 84120. Well now I was panicking because the notice had to be delivered before 9/9/2010. Fortunately after calling one of these numbers (801) 269-5100 / 1-800-570-2050, I was able to verify the address of Tigrent Learning.

Once I knew the notice had been delivered and received, I verified by phone they had the notice and they would commence refunding my money. Later that day I received a call from a manager trying to convince me to stay in the program but I was done with them and frankly disgusted. Also could sense in his voice they don't get legitimate cancellations often, and even a bit of surprise. These people are not who they claim to be, they're a bunch of liars and thieves. During the the workshop I saw people plopping down 10s of thousands of dollars, I can only imagine what they're going through.

Be smart stay clear of Robert Kiyosaki and Trigrent Learning!
