Richard A. Blunk SignPro Fast Talker, Richard Blunk Will Swindle or Con You Out of Your Hard Earn Money! BEWARE! Spring Texas

Richard A. Blunk was hired to repair and install a cover on an LED sign at our business location in Spring, TX. He received a total of $902.00, in good faith, so he could purchase materialsfor the sign repairs. After repeated request to have him come and repair and install the parts, no repairs or installiton was attempted. He always had excuses and stories. Like one story was that a repair tech was coming from Dallas. I guess he must be walking because he hasn't arrived yet. It's been a few weeks now. 

On the way to file in small claims court, we stopped and made copies of the documents. The clerk at the copy place saw his name on the paperwork and lo and behold, Richard Blunk swindled them out of $600.00, too! He promised them a sign and has never been back. I just want to let all the businesses around know so they do not get taken, too.
