Seale of Paradise, California ,formerly of Cottonwood preys on elderly poeple with a need for  help around their home, property with his smooth talk.  Handyman, welder (he has taken the welding class 2-3 times at Butte College without passing, due to his drinking at lunch and never returning for the remainder  of classes for that day.)

When he secures work, he then steps up the tempo by bringing his wife Shalina Seale to do housework, and so called helpers from his trailer park in Lime Saddle Estates of Paradise.  They case out their property, later to rob them blind of money, farm implements, what have you. meth use not far behind.

As he confinds their trust , he shows up uninvited knowing their elderly victims aren't home and use their bar-b-q and property to hold their own private parties for their kids and friends.
