Richard Rogers, One Tech, LAIT Services Inc. Scam artist, hoax, fraud, thief, convicted criminal Northridge California

This guy is is a soulless scumbag, He ripped me off for nearly a $1,000. Was supposed to complete software development work but instead took the money and ran. This guy (he also uses the name Mike) has an extensive arrest/criminal record in Texas for theft, larceny, DUI, etc. I have a copy of the extensive file. A true life long loser. He's either too dumb, lazy or just plain mentally ill to realize he would make more money by actually keeping his word. I filed a detailed police report (the officer came back a second time for more information and then called me a few times after to confirm what I told him – he said it is a priority is to get guys like this off the street) and a complete report has been filed with he L.A. District Attorney's office. I have a contract signed by both of us too. Some suggestions – never do business with someone who won't take PayPal and always get a copy of the guy's drivers license and take down his license plate number. I expect this dirtbag to be back behind bars where he belongs soon. Just a matter of time.
