I received a letter and court documents from my employer in regards to my wages being garnished. I have never received any court documents, have never received a notice to appear or been served by any process server. I have no clue why this Richland Holdings is garnishing my wages. I dont even live in Las Vegas. I wish someone would explain how this company was able to go to court and not notify me.
