This reports has many false allegations that I want to responded to. " Rick and Liz Bressem pray(prey) on hard working people while proclaiming what devout Christian they are". We are hard working people that you speak of, and our faith is nothing that we are ashame of. I will continue to proclaim my faith in Jesus Christ and find it so sad that you use this in your report to make it sound like it is used to get a job or I'm not even sure why you included this in your report other than to add hype to your claims. Since I know who I am in Christ and never go around and use that as a platform to get something. My wife has no complaints other than you because as you claim she uses her position to get into families to get Bressem Inc in is FLASE. There is only one case One and that one case the homeowners where the one who requested Liz to ask Rick to come and give a bid. Let me include since I'm sure you will Twist the truth the homeowners in a completely innocent conversation ask what does your husband do..? In fact the request was made not once not twice but several times. So please provide us with the information that you say you have that this so called con method of the wife goes in to gain the families trust then begins the so called con. Please provide us with this repeated con who they are. Shame on who ever claims this. Please provide the information as well to when money has been taken and Rick disappears. Try because that is completely false you won't be able to. You say you have "personally witness this disgusting con game they have going on" Really stolen 100.000 from acquaintance...... please who are these acquaintances . Im sure if this is true you have names so we can again prove this false. I'm sure you have this information. Fact we have not been on any vacation we can't afford to take them. Im sure this to has been written to add hype to your story and claims. Let's see let's look into the claim of creepiest part of this story..... That Rick deflect blame by accusing the homeowner of outlandish threats of violence against him and his kids.

One thing I will agree is that it is such a bizarre response yet it did happen twice that I'm sure again your claim adds to make it seem as if it a pattern or happens frequently Falseagain . The truth is it has happen twice Mary Stockton which we have proof , then again which our son was there and heard it. I'm sure now you will say oh our son is now part of this supposed con sad. The pattern speaks for it self please please pervide us with this pattern not just some empty False words. Since you know you can write whatever on this site without it being removed. Well I will say I have always believed that the truth will always be revealed. Please take the time to view the photos that go with the Mary Stockton case. She has started all this and the photos clearly show that her claims are. false and that she tore apart work done to support her claims. Again sad. As far as this 2016 claim I have a idea and I have plenty of paperwork, texts and facts to support that I DID NO WRONG doings that we pulled off any con. So again PLEASE provide how my wife has any part of your claims, PLEASE provide how we have taken money and used it on pleasure vacation and Please PLEASE stop trying to ruin our lives. So homeowners please make sure when you go to start a job make sure you have the funds to finish the job and remember all changes cost money time and it isn't the contractors responsibility to assume the extra cost which is what these homeowners thought. And I will end it with truth ....God is good and He is just and I put my trust in Him and We answer to Him. So all that you claim I know one day wheather here on this earth or in heaven we will ALL answer to what we did and We have perfect peace on this matter do you? .

  Wow I think after ripping somebody off stocking them for eight years lieu got and creating false information committing insurance fraud but then again you are from California and everybody out there's got a screw loose but now you have to try to include my wife in this you use all kinds a big mental health issues.  Hi, to the person who filed this complaint. I was one of the many people who was ripped off by the Bressems in California. I tried to have him prosecuted here in California but he slithered away. . I have so much information about him and proof of his wrong doings. I have gotten in touch with many agencies in Colorado to warn them about this criminal since 2009. The Erie police department have my file. I would love to help you and finally get these horrible people . I will give you anything you need. There are journalists in CO. who are interested also. I'm sorry this is happening to people in Colorado. I did everything I could to not have this happen there. People get burned out and just want to get on with their lives. So they give up trying to prosecute him. Rick has been doing this for 30 years, so he's good at it. I would love to see him finally prosecuted. Please get in touch.
