Rick Case Kia in Duluth April (answered phone), finance manager False information provided, changed deal Duluth Georgia

April quoted a price of 9,800 for a Kia Soul on the phone.  After arriving at the lot, the finance manager stated the price was 11,700 and they would not move off of the amount.  He calles me a liar and said they had transcripts of the conversation.  When I told him to bring the transcripts out so I could prove the quote, he said they couldnt print them. He continued to smart off, stating that how I paid (was offering cash) was irrelevant And that the pricw was the price.  I told him I drove 45 minutes based on the phone conversation and he shrugged his shoulders.  The general manager, sitting at the desk (Jerry Howell) did nothing. When I asked for the owners card, they gave me a card for the Mr. Howell instead.  Little good that did! Horrible customer service, false information, shady business!!!!
