They advertised a very desirable car at an unbelievably good price.  I inquired online if it was still available. Their reply was that they needed my name, phone number and email address.  I gave them my phone number. A lady named Crystal called. She said the car was available but that someone was looking at it. She asked how quickly I could get there.  We drove an hour and 15 minutes to buy this car.  A salesman said he would go get the car and bring it around for us. A while later, he came back with another man and  told us the car had been sold a month ago.  He wanted to show us some other cars. But neither salesman knew the inventory. The older salesman told us to go outside and look at cars on their lot. We did. But none of the cars had prices on them. When we asked for prices, the salesman did not give us prices. He asked if we were paying cash or needed financing. We have good credit and we had 10,000 for a down payment but prices are important. He wanted us to pick out a car, then he would get a price for us. We felt that we were lied to in order to get us to come to their sales lot. Then wanted us to choose a car without knowing the price. We had been to another car lot (Ewing Motor Co) and they had prices listed right on each car. Plus, their salesman knew the inventory and we felt that the salesman was honest. We ended up purchasing a car somewhere else, but really wanted to buy from Ewing since the salesman was above board and knowledgable.  The feeling we got from Rick Hendrick was that the salesmen are sleezey and do not know what they are doing.  We would never go back to Rick Hendrick.
