 Beware of Rick Hubbard. He's a thief and a liar. He will take your money and parts from your boat and say he will be back to replace and repair your boat but he will never come back. Don't trust his first impression because he'll suck you in and take complete advantage of you. We filed a police report and he has several judgements against him. He's been taken to small claims but to no avail. He has no money because he's a drunk, drug addict and he's also bipolar. He lives in a junkyard. His driveway and garage are littered with other people's parts and equipment. Stay away!
