Right on Time Moving & Storage ripoff dishonest poor customer service rude accusatory North Hollywood California

I stored my furnishings at Right on Time Moving & Storage for a period of twelve months. At the end of that time, I had Right on Time to move me to my current residence. The shipment did not include a 65-year old chair (the seat and back cushions were delivered) a newly purchased stove (the burners were delivered).

The Customer Service Manager at Right on Time Moving accused me of stashing these items in my garage, and of signing the manifest. I have done neither of these things, however through "arbitration" with the CPUC and the Better Business Bureau Right on Time agreed to pay me a sum of $500.00.

In an attempt to collect this amount, I have made several phone calls to their offices in North Hollywood to be put on hold for indefinite periods of time. Finally when I was connected to a Customer Service representative, this individual pretended not to have my file or any correspondence from CPUC or the Better Business Bureau.
