I am used to horrible Car Dealerships ripping people off around my area but this takes the cake!

It all happened back at the beginning of March, 2014. I had just gotten my income tax check and needed a new vehicle, a reliable vehicle to get me and my family where we needed to go around town. I had done research on a couple of dealerships in my area but all of them had bad reviews. I decided too just test my luck and head to a dealership I had heard about that where my friend bought her vehicle. My friend got $100 dollars for referring me so that's what made me decide to go there I guess..

Anyways, after I got off work one day I decided to walk there because I didn't have a vehicle. I was prepared to get my family a vehicle that would last and get us back and forth to work so I took all of my income tax money with me. When I got there I met with a woman named "Jennifer" I guess she is the Manager of the Dealership. We wen't out on the lot and looked over the vehicles that I was able to get. We came across a 2002 Nissan Altima that looked like a very reliable car, no dents and decent milage. I test drove the car and was very happy with it, so I thought.. I got back to the lot and we went to her office. She told me that I would have to put $1,800.00 as my down payment to get in the car that day and that if I waited too long someone else would surely get it.

As bad as I needed the car I told her that we could do it, and as I gave her the money they started preparing the paperwork. After I left everything was fine until the next day. My back left tire started shaking as I was driving down the road with my two children. I got out to see what was going on and come to find out they gave me the car with only two lugnets on that tire and it was fixing to come off. I immediatley called the dealership and they said that if I brought it in they would put three more lugnuts on. So I went back and they did as they said. Keep in mind this car was supposedly fully inspected by their "awesome" mechanical team, at least thats what they promised before I bought it..

So a month or two went by and I was making my payments always on time like we had agreed, the car was fine except that it kept losing power as I was driving every so often. Eventually one morning when I dropped my wife off at work the car wouldn't crank after I shut it off so I had to call a towtruck and get towed all the way home. It ended up being the alternator so I went out, bought a new one and replaced it myself.

I figured everything would be fine after that, or so I thought. About a week later the car started overheating, even though I checked it daily to make sure it had water. It got so bad that the car started smoking to the point where I had to park it. I had a mechanic take a look at it and he said that the radiator had been replaced to make it look like there wasn't any problems and that I had a blown head gasket. I called Right Way Automotive and told them my situation that I was having with the vehicle and that I had only had it for about two months. Jennifer told me "You bought the car as is from us and therefore it is now your responsibility". So there again I was out of a vehicle with no way to get my family around. I scheduled a meeting with her and told her what I thought about her and her company screwing me over. I told her that she could keep all of the money and that I put in to it and take the car back, I just didn't want it affecting my credit. She told me that no matter what it would go on my credit if I turned it in and that they had no obligation to do anything for me "It's just business" she stated.

I urge each and every one of you that are thinking about buying a vehicle from there to reconsider it! They will screw you over and you will be in the same situation that I was in. This is not a reputable company, they are scam artists! I have talked with many people that have gotten vehicles from this dealership and they have all said the same thing. They are all victims of these scam artists with now horrible credit.
