Rii Stroman will tell you anything to get you to list your timeshare with them. They told me that I could sale my timeshares for $20,000 each. I paid the upfront nonrefundable $599.00 advertizing fee and listed the timeshares. Two months later having not heard anything, I called to check on the progress. They then suggested I lower the price. I took their advice. I lowered the price repeatedly over the next 6 months. The final asking price was $8,000 each and still after another two months, I did not hear anything from them. I decided to see what was going on. I found it is very poorly advertized, and the Selling is not Selling it is set up for bid. If someone is looking for a timeshare at that specific resort, and if that person bids high enough to satisfy your minimum asking price you get a phone call. I then sold the timeshare myself. As you can imagine I am out the $599.00 advertizing fee and they did nothing to earn it. You may be asking; why I did not do more to find out about them before paying the $599.00. I did; I searched the web for any scam notices and did not find any. Now there is!
