Rincon Filling Rincon Management Services Collections scam for old debts Corona, California

Received a Unknown call on 4/4/11 from someone telling me they were going to take legal action against me. They even used the name of my mother, who recently died as the name of the person that referred me. I was given a reference number and told to call 877-717-9946.
I was on hold for a few minutes. I think they mute their end so they can hear what is being said on your end. I hung up and called back. This time the call was put through immediately. The account they were calling about was one that must have fell off my credit report just recently, or they bought it from some 3rd or 4th party. The latter probably being true as they did not have any of my current info correct.
Mr. Miller, I'm sure that's his real name, told me he was going to take me to court unless we could come to a payment agreement. After a few minutes of me verifying information, that was wrong, he told me they would be in touch.
I waited until morning and called the number. This time they did not have the recording of hundreds of people working in the background all sounding like they were collecting debts. The same guy I spoke to on the phone answered the phone, and not the "secretary" that answered the night before.
I told him I read all the complaints on the web, and they were all very similar to what he was saying and threatenning me with. He tried to defend it by telling me Wal-Mart gets complaints on the web all the time.
At this point I basically told him to go ahead with his lawsuit.  I'll call him in a few days and ask who his attorney is and what their bar ID number is.
