This is a most dishonest business. They entice you to visit their studio with a "free lesson" where they flatter you about your dance talent so that you will prepay for more lessons. After the introductory package they lock you into prepaying for 25 lessons which are completely non-refundable (despite their website saying no contracts), so by the time you realise that their instructors are not very experienced at ballroom themselves it is too late. There are much better ballroom studios nearby.  RIO is a complete sham, most of their instructors are recently graduated high school students with minimal ballroom experience looking to earn some pocket money and being paid minimal wages by the studio owners whilst the owners are charging you $70 per lesson, prepaid for 25 at a time.  This explains why a lot of their long term students are old lonely divorced single men and women who still can't dance very well and are really paying for the false flattery their instructors give them rather than dance lessons.
