Show customers why they should trust your business over your competitors...
On Oct 9, 2004 I received by mail a notice of collection for 3,541.89. Merchant Credit states that their Client is Ravinia CFB Holdings,LLC who had purchased the defaulted account.
I called the original creditor "Bank One," and they have no knowledgement of this debt. Bank One recommended that I file a police report (which I am waiting for an officer as we speak).
Three options are offered for payment $1770.95 one time payment, three payments within 90 days for 70% of the balance in the amount of $2,479.32 or monthly payments each month in the full amount.

Responding to old credit

My name is Sylvia Pifer and I have been getting letters and harrassing phone calls from Merchants' Credit from an old bill that was made in 1995 with Radio Shack in Roanoke, Va when I bought a VCR. I want to know why I have not been contacted before this time on this matter. I thought this had been taken care of already. Please look into this and let me know why and why it went on so long without notification!!
