ICICI Bank ripoff by ICICI Bank Money2INDIA New York New York

I have requested a demand draft through Money2INDIA on 22nd Dec,2004(Ref no. M2A00485570) thorugh ICICIBank. It's been promised to send the demand draft within 5 business days in their web site. Money has been debited from my bank account on 12/23/2004.
But till date(01/08/2005) after repeated calls/mails, the draft has not been sent. It was for an urgent cause.
If I call NRI USA number(1866ICICI4U, Option 1 and then Option 4), most of the time it says high call volume & no one available.

After 2-3 hours try got hold of customer service representatives on 12/29/2004. It was promised that draft will be despatched to beneficiary on 01/03/2005. Nothing happened. Called twice after that(01/04/2005 and 01/06/2005)) & after 2 hour hold it has been told system is down. But we promise you that it will be escalated to the "Concern" department. But till date(01/08/2005) they haven't sent the draft & betraying with customers with false advertisement. At the same time almost non-existence customer service.

Repeated mails also sent. Got automated response that someone will look into it within 2 business days. But 5 business days passed. Please do the needful and stop these un-ethical company's doing business at United States.
