The company is selling trading systems on Commodities. The people involved and the company are not registered with the NFA nor the CFTC. The results given on their website are claimed to be representative of trading done by the system. However, these statements are misrepresentations.
They will not give out any client references because there is probably no one making money with the system. Robert Sorcini made oral representations that the company would refund the money for the system if the purchaser requested such before trading the system. However, this was just another fraudulent inducement.
This company used to be associated Global Trading. When you have problems or need information, they will not return telephone calls and will not respond to any written inquiries.

This rebuttal is to make aware the falsehoods of Richard's Report
The companies business is selling trading systems that trade the financial indicies not commodities as the client stated. The customer is upset that we are not registered with the CFTC and the NFA. We are not a brokerage firm and do not collect brokergae fees, we are a marketing company and sell a trading system. We do not have to be registed with those specific companies to be allowed to sell trading systems and the client knew that when coming aboard with us. There was never any reference made to the client in terms of refunding his money for the system if the purchaser requested one. The client clicked off on a disclosure page from his own computer and was complied by our complinace officer on tape as to this. This client is just angry and has decided to lie and try to do anything to harm us. Our BBB report speaks for itself.
