We ordered the following services from inetmedia, llc:
1x Toll Free number 800
1x Local 305 area number with voicemail and voice forwarding
1x Local 305 area number with efax function
On their website http://www.tollfreedirect.net they advertise instant activation, etc... The 800 was indeed active instantly, but we couldn't forward it to any destitation. The 305 number aren't even assigned and it has been almost more than a month from our order.
They also rebilled our account for monthly fee, even if they didn't provide services agreed.
We asked them several times to provide us with services that we paid for, but without success. We tried to email them, phone them and use ther instant messaging account at AOL. All without any good results.
