I don't know this lady but God forbid I find myself living the horrific life she is/has!!!!!!! If only each of us had the knowledge, ability, direction to help this family...........if it was how I made my money or simply had the excess, I know I would feel far more than financially successful if I thought for one minute my input could possibly give this poor family a good nights sleep, direction, help...............I wish I had that financial ability. Sadly, I'm losing my home! But if there is anyone who can help this women and the innocent children who deserve better than some WACKO terroizing them............Even if it means a fund some contribute through via a trusted organization, "we" should try!" Try as hard as you would hope others would, despite if they knew us or not, would help you, your child, grandchild, would try no matter who they were but by the fact we are a United States Team.....................God! Can anyone imagine being this poor women??????? I read the posts a minimum of a year ago and found today, the family this crazy man was posting comments on crossing my mind. Tears came to my eyes to see the entries continued and this poor mom and her kids continue to deal with a maniac.

I will not call names nor will I look up the laws of the state of California. But, what I will do is try to make establish just a little bit of order here. I am a licensed private investigator in the states of Arkansas and Texas. I do have a valid concealed carry permit. I am a former police officer and a former Army warrant officer. When I accepted my licenses, I agreed to abide by the code of ethics that each of the states have in regard to the behavior of private investigators. One of the things that you DO NOT DO is get on the internet and discuss a person that you have investigated or that you are currently investigating. And you do not get into ridiculous arguments with strangers. I can't say that this person is OR is not a private investigator. What I can say is that his behavior is extremely unprofessional. Revealing sensitive information about a person under investigation CAN and DOES get your license revoked in most of the states that actually licenses private investigators. It also opens you up for all kinds of law suits. In my former home state of Arkansas, slander that causes personal, professional or financial harm is a Class D felony. True, it is seldom prosecuted but the law is still on the books and I know of one chief of police that was arrested under this particular law in 1999. He filed a false complaint against a state trooper and it cost the chief his career.

Like I said, I will not say that this "Stephen" is not a PI, but if he is, I would not hire him.

I thought this was a website for businesses not alleged abusers. This is the craziest thing that i have ever heard of. Lady i would be a LOT terrified and watch my children and myself very closely if I were you!!! Also, if you did slap your son around, don't mistreat children they are defenseless and did not ask to be born. Cherish them with everything you've got!

I am the woman this report is about.
I appreciate that the original person who wrote this report, has come forward and publicly admitted they filed this report falsely.
I thank him very much for keeping to the terms of the legal agreement.

Some of you don't understand what the ROR is for.
It is to report bad companies, bad customer service, dead beat dads, and abusive parents, and many other subjects that people wish to file a report about.
It is what it is, and sadly, even when someone like myself is vindicated, the owner of this site refuses to remove the false reports, or close off filing rebuttals.
This report as well a many others that have been cleared up, should be locked so no other persons can leave comments on them.
But the owner won't, so this report that was opened almost a full 3 years ago, continues to be posted to.

I just wanted to come here and let you all know that this situation has been resolved to my satisfaction.
A legal and binding agreement between myself, TGO, and "Stephen", the person who wrote this false report, was entered into on the morning of August 1, 2007, and all parties have agreed to it's terms.
There has not been another incident since the agreement was met, and "Stephen" posted his retraction on August 1, 2007 at 11:58pm.

Myself and my children are fine.
My oldest son will be a senior in high school this coming fall, and my youngest, the subject of this report, will be a sophomore in high school taking college level courses.
They are both happy, healthy, and doing great.

I appreciate all of the supportive responses to this report over the last 3 years.
All of you are some smart cookies, and I thank you all for your encouragement and information.
But I would now like to ask that everyone please just let this go.
It was a very traumatic period of time for me and my sons, and caused considerable legal action for both myself and TGO because of this report.
This is over and has been for almost an entire year now, and we'd all like to just move on with our lives.
I'm asking that all of you just move on with your lives too.
This is over, so please, just let it be over.

P.S. Jesus/God had absolutely nothing to do with rectifying this situation.

I know that I should let the whole subject die, but this was such an amuzing read that I couldn't resist. Let's get some things clear first:

1. I was born in Florida

2. I grew up in North Texas

3. I went to college in Arkansas and even though I went to college in Arkansas....

4. I'm not married to my brother or even my cousin. I'm actually still single (but don't take that as an inviation, Stephen).

5. I have a BA from a private Christian college

6. I have been an English teacher

7. I am living and working in an affluent suburb of Houston doing some great Administrative work.

Now, that being said, I have some observations. Anyone that hires an Administrative Assistant will check their credentials. If Stephen has truly been hiring admins that can't spell or use correct grammar (and it's spelled GRAMMAR not grammer), then he needs to have more stringent hiring policies. In addition to that, all his posts sound exactly the same right down to the same spelling and grammatical errors. You can't blame that on your admin, Stephen. I get stuff from my guys in the field all the time that they want me to type up for me. I ALWAYS clean up the grammar and spelling and then read it back to my employee before sending it on.

Despite the fact that I'm a woman and half hispanic and half caucasian, I do possess a high degree of intelligence. I'm perhaps not as smart as my sister, but at least I'm able to compose complete sentences. I can even compose compound and compound-complex sentences. I also know how to use the "Shift" key properly.

Just because someone is from some state other than the apparently glorious state you're from doesn't make them ignorant. Actually, I've never thought of anyone from Virginia as being "inbred." Most of the inbred joke I've ever heard involved Arkansas and parts of Missouri. I have no true allegiance to any state I've ever lived in.

Stephen, you try to come off as sounding educated; your problem is that all this great "stuff" you spout makes you come off as a pompous a*s. Honestly, if you're the best PI in the country, we'd have heard something about you. What's the conviction rate of the "criminals" you've investigated? if this was my situation id have a fence and a large dog by the end of the week and yes cps would respond in 3 days to any claim of child abuse or neglect, and a real investigator would knock on the door.

MY personal decision toward people of Steve's ilk is: I refuse to have a battle of wits with an unarmed person. I am more than certain he has yet to pick up his ammunition, much less an intelligent thought. As the replies, and questions toward Steve go on, he fabricates more information, what psychologists would call a chronic liar. When confronted with his lies he shifts into a narcassistic mode, demean the messenger, so to speak. Steve has been smoking too much hemp, and smelling too many flowers. I also think he is a hip swishing guy from San Fransico, rather than Beverly Hills, course he could have migrated there to join his creative brothers. If she is as bad as you claim her to be, I find it hard to believe that the investigation would take over a year. Why don't you provide your "evidence" to authorities? If you have so much proof and care about the well being of the children, supply your so-called proof to authorities and save her children.

Instead of exhibiting the behaviors of a 12 year old child, why don't you actually do something useful? If you are so concerned with child welfare, lobby your congressmen and women to enact laws to more effectively protect children. In a general sense, I am shocked to find something like this at all. I would think it would almost fall under the title of slander. Kat, I am not sure this guy is all there. But to be honest with you, if you are afraid of being cyber stalked...why continue to keep on line accounts of your life? Don't blog anymore. Don't give freaks an avenue to stalk you. Unless you are a drama junkie, it seems you would want to just avoid blog sites altogether.

Ignoring freaks like that is a wonderful safety measure. Never post pics of your kids on sites, and don't talk about school team colors or mascots, etc. stalkers can use this info to figure out your family's personal info.

As for the whole CPS thing. First of, We don't even call it CPS here. I work in "the system" here. Secondly. If someone calls in a report, they don't get the name of the CASE WORKER...they MIGHT be lucky to get the name of the CPI (Child Protection Investigator) but then that is even a slim chance.

See, CPI's are so inundated with calls, that they have to narrow their contacts down to those folks who can provide the BEST info possible. and if someone calls in an ANONYMOUS call..well...do the math, how the hell can they contact the reporter then if they are anonymous. And if said anonymous reporter later TRIES to call to get info on the case they WONT give ANY info to the caller because of confidentiality.

So, I doubt this yahoofus is even being real. He may be a Privat Investigator fresh with his degree from the International Correspondence School. But I doubt he is being legit.

I'm sure most of you are aware that a PI's ID Number is public information. Therefore this mental patient would be obligated to give it if asked, if he were IN FACT a PI. He would at least have to say where to find it.

the HIPPA law prevents ANYONE getting any kind of medical or personal information on ANYONE. There is NO WAY this man can find out if these kids were vaccinated. NOT EVEN PARENTS can get information by phone!

In order to become a PI you have to have a background that consists of the field you are to be in. Usually criminal justice degrees are aquired. However, there are few exceptions but a business degree will not be sufficent enough to be an investigator. (To bad you don't even have that.)

Because personal characteristics such as honesty, sound judgement, integrity, and a sense of responsibility are especially important in all law enforcement type jobs, (even PI jobs) senior officers interview candidates, review their character traits, and conduct background investigations. In some agencies candidates are interviewed by phychiatrists or a psychologist and are given personality tests. Applicants are subjected to drug testing, and lie detector tests. Yes, you have to have a weapon's permit as well.

In my last rebuttal, I forgot to mention that Stephen's supossed office in Victorville is 97.5 miles from Beverly Hills. Now if he thinks it is so smart to go where the rent is "cheap", isn't it kinda weird that he would have to drive over an hour and a half to get to work? Now that would be if there wasn't any traffic. And with gas at almost $3.00 a gallon, wouldn't that eat up all the savings from the "cheap" rent?

I also checked out some rental properties in Beverly Hills AND Victorville. Actually rental property can be found almost $200.00 a month cheaper in Beverly Hills than Victorville. Of course both places do have listings that well exceed $1500.00 a month; however, the claim that rent is cheaper in Victorville is not true. And with the added fact that one has to drive over 97 miles(one way) to get to their office makes no sense. Especially when that takes at minimal, three hours(if no traffic)a day. Doesn't that take away from your precious internet posting time?!?!?!?!?!?

There are additional requirements for a firearms permit.

3. You have WAY too much time to post on here, especially if you travel to different states to work. Or maybe you don't have a very successful business????

1. He is not licensed, so he is in violation of California requirements.

If you check Todd's original Walmart thread you will see that Stevie Boy rebutted there twice, once from Beverly Hills in July (posting as Vicks) and again from Victorville in August. When they realize that they are not bothering you, they will go on to the next chat room, newsgroup, etc and try to find another victim.

2. He is a stalker. That has been proved by the my3cents incidents and his
continued verbal attacks here on not only you, but others as well. I don't think anyone here needs proof that he has caused you to turn off comments to your blog, this little pre-view is proof enough.

Report this man immediately. You have more than enough information from his posts here to file a solid case.

He is not only a threat to you and your family but to the community as a whole. Stalkers move from victim to victim. If you do not report him and he DOES happen to drop contact with you it will be because he has found another person to victimize.

It is quite obvious that he is not merely a concerned citizen (or PI, for that matter). He has stepped way over the line. His own posts incriminate him. He has admitted his own crime several times.

You MUST protect yourself and your family. People who stalk do so because they need the attention, adrenaline rush, and sense of power that the behavior brings them. By provoking a response (particularly an emotionally charged response) from anyone he feels a sense of power and control.

I have, unfortunately, been in your situation. It was a frustrating cirumstance that lasted for several years. It began with internet stalking and escalated to an abduction attempt.

He served time in prison and then began to try to contact me again after his release. I am (finally) free from this man. This is what I learned from my situation:

It is NOT your fault. HE made the decision to act on his obsessions and engage in this perverse behavior.

Stop contact. DO NOT RESPOND TO HIM UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES. It is irrelevant what he says to you. Don't defend yourself from stupid posts like this or empty claims/threats. He'll try anything for a reaction. Ignore him. I can not stress this enough.

If you do feel threatened call the police. Call them EVERY time (no matter how trivial it seems). Every email, phone call, online post, etc. must be reported. You are not bothering the police... you are simply building a case file that will nail him in court. Think of it as a pre-emptive strike. Don't wait for this to escalate.

Speak with a lawyer ASAP.

Take a self defense course.

Remove your website/blog from the internet. NOW. Do not repost it anywhere, even under a different name. He will find it. Trust me. Even though he can not post responses he is still fueling his sickness by reading information and updates on you.

The detective at your local police department can be an excellent resource. Also consider contacting your local women's shelter/crisis center for local resources. They can help tremendously.

Let your friends, family, and neighbors know what is going on.

Remove as much of your personal information as possible from the internet. Search for your name on google.com, see what it pulls up, and get rid of it if possible.

Do not list your name or number in the phone book. Change the name on your bills to initials, middle name as first, etc. Talk to each billing company to see how much anonymity they will allow. You can also have a trusted friend or family member put bills in their name. You pay the bill, but your name is removed from record.

There are several sites on the internet that can help you get support and ideas. Search for survivors of stalking, stalking help, etc.

Why are you making offending comments to people you have no idea about? You cannot make a judgement on someone based on what state they live in, or if they are on welfare...not everyone who is on welfare is a child abuser and drug addict...and someone from Arizona, out of the goodness of his heart, would not hire someone to investigate someone in Florida for child abuse. According to the Code of Ethics that a REAL Licensed Investigator in California must abide by, you are not one. You bring great shame to the profession. Of copurse, since you are not an actual investigator, you just bring ridicule to yourself.

Again genius, each state has it's own requirements for licensing private investigators, and there is no such thing as a "one size fits all license". If you were to go to another state and STALK(that's "investigate" without proper credentials), you would be committing a crime, and once again, violating your Code of Ethics.

This is so easy.

Since it requires several thousand hours of verifiable investigative work to qualify for the test, you would be unable to qualify for the test in each state. You would have to apply for the testing, and await the States' reply. The tests are set up a couple times per year. I could go on, but you are apparently too stupid to realize that NOBODY believes anything you say. The facts are not on your side.

I have a couple of comments to make in regards to this "Stephen" person and his abusive, obnoxious and especially laughable behavior.

First of all, to everyone who has taken time to respond to him - You are doing exactly what he wants, and feeding his sickness by giving him more fuel. First of all you can not in any form or fashion get vaccine information on anyone, especially children. There are federal privacy laws to protect that. Unless you obtained them by fraud, which can land someone in prison for a good while.

Second: There is such a thing as cyber stalking and it's not hard to trace you, your computer has an isp address, if you use a public library you have to sign in, and or on video tap because the times and dates are collected catching a stalker isn't that hard.

Third: it is against the law to make false allegations against someone because you are angry with them for child abuse.

Fourth: You can not get any information about someone being on welfare, so that gives away that you could not be a private investigator. I am one, so I should know.
You would also be more well known to the laws of what they are, and you would not put such information on an Internet sight.

She can contact the FBI about what you have posted; you do not have to harm someone before the law can step in. Those laws have changed due to people not being protected until it was to late. So yes, they can get a stalker now before any harm is caused.

Again what you are stating you have, as far as the medical information on minor children you are admitting that you have broken the law. I hope she does contact the police and press charges against you, and I also hope she will sue you for having her name all over the Internet and causing hardship and duress.

If you are truly a P.I., which again I'm certain you are not, then supply your license number. Prove to everyone you are not a troublemaker and a total liar, if you can't provide that then you are not one. Besides a real P.I. knows the laws which you do not. Again, you can not get the information you claim to have gotten on these minor children unless you are the guardian or a doctor (which you are not) and have signed a release form.

Kathleen Cooper, please press charges. Go to your nearest law office and show them this website. Go to the attorney General's office and report this, also take it to CPS and show them what he is claiming to have done and claiming he has all this medical information on these children. If you get his name, or after they contact the person that owns this site and get his name, then please press charges to the fullest of the law. This guy should be locked up. Also, get a lawyer to over see this matter and also sue him. If he owns a home or anything and you win, they will take it away to pay for the pain and suffering he has caused. Your children also can sue and can do this until 2 years after their 18th birthday, so 20 years old because it's on the internet with your name and what he is accusing you of doing to them. This can cause problems for them in school and other things in life.

I am so sorry you have had to endure this disturbed individual for two years. I am a Licensed Private Investigator in the State of Texas and there is NO WAY this person is a PI. I would like to suggest to you to go to the website of the State of CA and find out who issues PI licenses for that state and give them the information you have showing he has claimed to be a CA Investigator. They can subpoena to get his information from websites and his IP.

FYI, A Private Investigator would NEVER do some of the things this person has stated. For one, I've never heard of anyone investigating for the reasons he says his client has hired him (client heard the subject is commiting welfare fraud but client doesn't know the subject and then the client hires the PI to investigate the subject).

I travel all over the place for my clients its no big deal you do what ever you have to for your clients. i walked by her house on purpose so i can report my finding to him plus i met with a neighbor for reasons i wont disclose.

everything that needed to be said was already said. this was a service to let people know about an child/welfare/drug abuser. the public has the right to know. don't like it TOO BAD.

Why is your client so interested in this person? If your client is in Arizona, and you are in California, why are they bothering with someone in Florida?

There must be a personal connection there that has not been revealed on this report. I can't believe that your client would have just picked a name out of the blue to investigate for welfare fraud. I also can't believe that you would travel all the way to Florida just to do a "drive by" (or "walk by" in your case) investigation. Not to mention that your initial post made it seem like you just happened to be walking by her house. You said that after the incident happened, you "looked up her information". But if you were hired as a PI on this case, then you already knew her information. Why hide that in your initial post?

Lawyers often engage private investigators for sensitive assignments, such as conducting surveillance, obtaining admissions, and finding assets. Many lawyers do not know how investigators perform their work; other lawyers do not want to know. However, ignorance may not be bliss for California lawyers and investigators. In fact, it can be dangerous. An investigation that involves deception--even if the investigator has avoided perpetrating an outright lie--may jeopardize an investigator's license. Further, if the investigation invades someone's privacy or is otherwise tortious, both the investigator and the person hiring the investigator may face civil liability. Finally, criminal penalties exist for unlicensed investigators and persons who knowingly hire them.

California's Private Investigator Act (PIA)(1) prohibits private investigators from committing "any act constituting dishonesty or fraud."(2)The court of appeal in Wayne v. Bureau of Private Investigators and Adjusters(3) broadly applied this prohibition. In Wayne, an investigator retained by the defendants' insurance companies visited accident victims at home and misled them about who had retained him. The investigator never lied but did not identify his principals. The court of appeal upheld suspension of the investigator's license:

The PIA ALSO stipulates:
Unlicensed persons (not including those considered exempt under the PIA) who represent themselves as licensed or act as private investigators are committing a misdemeanor and may be jailed for up to one year and fined $5,000.(46) In addition, anyone--presumably including a lawyer--who "knowingly" engages an unlicensed investigator or who conspires to have an unlicensed person operate as an investigator also commits a misdemeanor with the same penalties.(47) Public prosecutors may seek civil remedies against unlicensed investigators, their coconspirators, and anyone who knowingly engages such investigators. The civil remedies include an injunction (for which prosecutors need not "show lack of adequate remedy at law or irreparable injury"), a civil fine of up to $10,000, and reimbursement of BSIS investigation expenses.(48)

Since "Stephen" is loathe to follow accepted business practices in the state of California....that once he stated he's The Best PI in California.....(that's advertising folks) that it MUST INCLUDE his license # and his business address....perhaps "Stephen" is illegally posing as a private investigator, and using the ROR forum as a way to harrass Ms. Cooper from out of state.

Since the state of Florida handles IN HOUSE and in cooperation with AFDC/TANIF officials (the Treasury Department) any allegations of welfare fraud, there appears NO legitimate reason for him to be "investigating" a Florida resident for another unnamed party in California

Personal Protection Orders
Under Michigan law, Prosecuting Attorneys must assist persons seeking enforcement of Personal Protection Orders, and must assist PPO plaintiffs during violation hearings, if he/she is not being represented at that hearing by a private attorney.

What is a Personal Protection Order (PPO)?
A Personal Protection Order ("PPO") is a Circuit Court injunctive order that protects victims of Family Violence, Dating Violence or Stalking. A PPO is filed by a Petitioner against a Respondent to stop or restrain the Respondent from:
contacting the Petitioner through any means (in person, by phone, by mail or e-mail, etc.)
Entering the Petitioner's residence property or work place Assaulting, attacking, beating, or wounding the Petitioner Harassing, stalking or threatening the Petitioner

In addition:

Sec. 750.411h. Stalking; definitions; violation as misdemeanor; penalties; probation; conditions; evidence of continued conduct as rebuttable presumption; additional penalties.
(1) As used in this section:
(a) Course of conduct means a pattern of conduct composed of a series of 2 or more separate noncontinuous acts evidencing a continuity of purpose.
(b) Emotional distress means significant mental suffering or distress that may, but does not necessarily, require medical or other professional treatment or counseling.
(c) Harassment means conduct directed toward a victim that includes, but is not limited to, repeated or continuing unconsented contact that would cause a reasonable individual to suffer emotional distress and that actually causes the victim to suffer emotional distress. Harassment does not include constitutionally protected activity or conduct that serves a legitimate purpose.
(d) Stalking means a willful course of conduct involving repeated or continuing harassment of another individual that would cause a reasonable person to feel terrorized, frightened, intimidated, threatened, harassed, or molested and that actually causes the victim to feel terrorized, frightened, intimidated, threatened, harassed, or molested.
(e) Unconsented contact means any contact with another individual that is initiated or continued without that individual's consent or in disregard of that individual's expressed desire that the contact be avoided or discontinued. Unconsented contact includes, but is not limited to, any of the following:
(i) Following or appearing within the sight of that individual.
(ii) Approaching or confronting that individual in a public place or on private property.
(iii) Appearing at that individual's workplace or residence.
(iv) Entering onto or remaining on property owned, leased, or occupied by that individual.
(v) Contacting that individual by telephone.
(vi) Sending mail or electronic communications to that individual.
(vii) Placing an object on, or delivering an object to, property owned, leased, or occupied by that individual.
(f) Victim means an individual who is the target of a willful course of conduct involving repeated or continuing harassment.
(2) An individual who engages in stalking is guilty of a crime as follows:
(a) Except as provided in subdivision (b), a misdemeanor punishable by imprisonment for not more than 1 year or a fine of not more than $1,000.00, or both.
(b) If the victim was less than 18 years of age at any time during the individual's course of conduct and the individual is 5 or more years older than the victim, a felony punishable by imprisonment for not more than 5 years or a fine of not more than $10,000.00, or both.

Please read the language carefully, Stephen, because I think that you'll find that the language reads, "including but not limited to:" in the wording. Pay particular attention to (d), as that relates to stalking.

As an afterthought, I don't mind being the court jester, because PI (perfectly insane) just doesn't fit my lifestyle.

First, your spelling and grammer skills lend me to believe that you didn't graduate high school, let alone get any type of certification. If you did manage to slip through the system, maybe you should hire a good secretary with better writing skills than you possess.

Second, a PPO is not merely for physical harm, but also to stop the type of harrassment that you are currently practicing on Kat.

Third, you are entirely too defensive in regards to the people that are posting to your nonsense. Have you ever heard the term 'Thou dost protest too much'? There are many avenues that can be pursued in the case of true abuse that will bring about action. I investigated this woman(for lack of a better term) because my business associate hired me to INVESTIGATE things that he had heard.
why wouldnt I make my presence known? not all PI's are low profile besides i was reporting abuse so i spoke out. she didnt know i was watching until i posted here.

Stephen, first, where are you actually from? Your original post says Beverly Hills, and the subsequent posts say Victorville. Second, why would you be investigating this woman in the first place? Who is this "associate" that you mention to Kathleen? Third, if you really are an investigator, why would you make your presence known to the person you're investigating? Don't PI's like to keep a low profile so that the person they're watching doesn't know they're being watched?

Post the name of the caseworker you reported me too. Post the name of the agency you got private medical records from.

And as a PI, why didn't you take pics of this alleged beating?

As you can all see by his latest entry, he admits that he stalks my website and that is how he gets my info.

If anything at all has been done with CPS, nothing at all has happened. No visit. At this point, my family and I would welcome them in and have a nice long talk about where this claim of abuse comes from.

On August 7th, 2005, he tried to post this same claim of abuse on my3cents.com under the name Stevie Vicks. Who is Stevie Vicks? A name he used to use on his old website. It was the name of a person he used to make fun of.
My3cents.com removed the report after being contacted by myself and the FBI.

On May 23rd, he posted to the comments of my website that he was going to post his claims about me here.
I waited and waited and when I saw nothing, I got bored with his game and stopped looking here.
On August 9th, he got bothered that I didn't see his reports all over the net so he posted the following to my website;
"heard a rumor that one of your gods MANY sources put up a nice post about you. I didn't get to read it because it was pulled down the next morning before i got a chance to see it. well atleast its still up in the other place. and better news hes sending me a screenshot of it.
Told you it would be done. ahh isnt it great to get people to do work FOR YOU while you sit back and drink some budweiser?"

He was desperate for me to see his reports.
He also had my3cents.com send me a copy of this exact report filed by the name Stevie Vicks.

He is even more desperate for attention now as I have permanently closed all comments to my website.
This upsets him as I have done this quite a few times to him in the last 2 years.
That is when he starts posting on other sites.

Again, I would welcome any investigator, CPS, private investigator, police officer etc etc etc, into my home to discuss any of the claims he has made about me.
I have tons of proof about his threats and accusations and plenty of documentation to verify that I am breaking no laws, scamming anyone etc etc. Whatever claim he wants to post next, can be debunked.

So like the consumer post from N. Carolina, post the name of the CPS caseworker you spoke to, the name of the agency that gave you private medical information (shot records).

Oh and a private investigator hired to spy on someone, would have taken pictures of me beating said child if this was truly an investigator and with pictures, heck, the cops plus CPS would have been at my door within hours of this fake call that was planned back on May 23rd.

If he filed his report with CPS at all anytime after the 8th of August, surely I would have gotten a visit by now.

He gets his information about me from my blog, my website. That is the only way he has ever known anything at all about me.

My phone is unlisted and unpublished and that is why he has no address to give you or any other information.

You cannot legally obtain vaccination information on anyone in Sarasota county by phone unless you are the parent or guardian.

His story is fabricated and be prepared for a fabricated response.

So how did you look up her info? And why do you have records of her?

While I am at it, how would you know if she is on welfare? Or if her kids are vaccinated? If her child/ren attend school at all they MUST be vaccinated.

The first paragraph says you saw her son, but the second paragraph says "children", how do you even know if she has more than one child?

Go ahead and post the CPS case workers name here if you actually did notify them at all, and this report is true! (I doubt it). And dont tell me you don't have the name of the case worker, because if you don't, how do you expect to check on the CPS report?

This report was written by my stalker from Arizona that has been doing this kind of stuff for over 2 years. He has never met me, never seen me, just stalks me via the Internet.
I have reported him to the FBI Tampa division and they are cataloging all his actions and making reports.
If he does enough of these, they will be paying him a visit.
