Investors beware!

A business opportunity calling itself World Imaging Products appears to be just another name for a scam that has been going on for several years now. They have used these names in the past: Holiday Ink, Holiday Enterprises Inc., Holiday Ink4less, Holiday Ink 4 Half Price, Holiday Ink Half Price, Inc., Holiday Ink and Toner, American Ink, Golden Sweepstakes, United Locations of American, Inc., Ink Price., and Quality Imaging Products. Please note that a legitimate company that is also in the cartridge and toner business uses the name Quality Imaging Products, so try not to get confused.

Don't join the hundreds of people who have lost their hard earned money to these con men. You can find us in Google Groups, look for a group called Holiday or American Ink.

You can also look up Holiday Ink in RipOffReports to see what kind of experience people have had with this company.

You can also write to the Federal Trade Commission, and ask them for complaints that have been submitted about Holiday Ink and Nick Morrell. Do this before you invest.

The current President of Holiday Ink in Lew Shwiller. His son, Jason Shwiller also works there. Jason Shwiller use to be a lawyer in the State of Georgia until he was disbarred for cocaine use and the dereliction of his duties towards the defense of some indigent clients he represented.

The former President, who still works for the company is Nick Morrell AKA Richard Morrell AKA Nick Cascario. He served time in prison for fraud in the state of California. His son, Rick Cascario also works at Holiday Ink.

Jerry Germano is President of American Ink, and Nick Morrell owns 51% of American Ink. Jerry Germano was a former Holiday Ink distributor who made very little money as a distributor, so decided to open up American Ink instead.

Cathy Grasso AKA Kathy Grasso AKA Judy Morrell is Nick Morrell's wife, and runs United Locations of America.

Corrections to the rebuttal by Lew Shwiller

AUTHOR: John - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Wednesday, November 02, 2005

Mr. Shwiller's rebuttal contains multiple inaccuracies. I will just make a couple points.

1) At the time I purchased my distributorship in October 2004, the company was called "Holiday Enterprises Inc", and was owned by Nick Morrell. Soon after this, Morrell renamed the company "Holiday Ink", and then a few months later sold it to Mr. Shwiller, who now calls it "Holiday Ink and Toner" and sells distributorships under the names of "American Ink" and "World Imaging Products"...or something like that. It's hard to keep up with all the name changes.

Anyway, I purchaced my distributorship through a business called "Holiday Ink4less" that represented itself as a marketing agent for "Holiday Enterprises Inc". My contract which was signed by Nick Morrell, and clearly says I bought a "Holiday Enterprises Inc" distributorship. However Nick Morrell repeatedly claims he is not responsible for a contract he himself signed, at a time by his own admission, knew those agents were giving out inaccurate information.

2). You don't have to believe me. Just write to the Federal Trade Commission and ask them for reports on the above mentioned companies. It may take a few weeks to get the reports, but you will be very glad you waited.

3) The disclosure laws in most states require that anyone selling a business opportunity such as "World Imaging Products" disclose to you the names and addresses of all previous persons who purchased that opportunity. Make sure they make a full disclosure to you, and make sure you call those distributors before you buy.

Re: Posting SubmittedOctober10,2005

To Whom It May Concern:

I am writing in regard to the October 10, 2005, posting about the company World Imaging Products (WIP), and the individual John who posted it. What you are about to read is the absolute truth about both.

WIP offers a business opportunity in one of America's fastest growing segments of the consumer marketplace: consumable ink products. For an investment of various amounts (depending on the size of the business the individual chooses to operate), we provide that individual with a business plan and marketing strategies, a replicated e-commerce website, display racks and accompanying signage, and product specifically OEM alternative inkjet and toner cartridges which can be distributed to the public at substantial savings (typically 30-40%) over the name brand.

For a smart, capable, hard working entrepreneur, there is a lot of money to be made in this industry. Last year, consumers purchased over 96 million OEM alternative products, and approximately 40% of the consumable ink market has already tried some kind of OEM alternative product, whether it be a compatible or remanufactured inkjet or toner cartridge.

In order to help our Distributors and other business people bring our products to the consumer in the best ways possible, WIP purchased the assets of a company called Holiday Ink earlier this year. Among other things, one of the key assets of Holiday was a distributor network of over 400 OEM alternative ink distributors throughout the United States and Canada. You may have seen one of our display racks in a computer store or in a pack & ship", or you may have already been approached directly or indirectly by one of our distributors. In fact, some of you reading (and possibly printing) this response may be using one of our OEM alternative products right now, and saving serious money in the process!

John purchased a small ink distributorship in 2004 from a company doing business under the names Ink4HalfPrice or Ink4Less based in Florida, and neither of which were ever a part of any Holiday company. Holiday did not, and has never sold, a business opportunity for such a small price. A company called Holiday Enterprises, Inc. (HEI), was only the vendor for his purchase. In other words, he bought a business opportunity from one, independent company, and HEI simply shipped him the products that he bought. Because of some business problems with the Ink4's, HEI severed its business relationship with them in December, 2004.

John, who is by nature a complainer and not a worker, immediately began crying to HEI in 2005 that his distributorship was not yielding the profitability that it should. Although HEI tried in every way imaginable to get John to exert some effort, enthusiasm and some ingenuity (qualities that every successful business requires), John instead chose to complain about every imaginable thing. If John put half the energy into his ink business that he does into his complaining, he might just be our most successful distributor to date.

Make no mistake - The OEM alternative ink industry is only going to continue to grow as we already have almost 500 million printers in the United States, and digital cameras are going to be the most popular Holiday present again this year. For a smart, business savvy investor, there is plenty of money to be made here.

SoInvestors Beware! There are angry, pouting, whiners out there (like John) posting statements like this one who will do whatever or say whatever they can to keep you away from a phenomenal vehicle for financial independence that can get you to your piece of the American Dream if you are willing to work for it. They will never go to work; they would rather work themselves to death explaining why they cannot, and they would hate to see you succeed where they have failed.

Sincerely yours,
Lew Shwiller, President
World Imaging Products, Inc.
