E-Club Marketing - Dish Network Ripoff, Lying and Stealing from Customers, Dish KNOWS!! South Plainfield New Jersey

Yesterday I was checking my bank account and found a debit from E-Club Satellite NJ listed for $19.05 I knew I hadn't made any purchases over the weekend from such a place, so I called my bank. They told me they could do a charge back for $20 (how convenient) but they had no contact info on them.

Then I googled E-Club Satellite. Nothing I found was good (in regards to who they were). I found this site, plus several other articles regarding the New Jersey Attorney General looking into the matter.

This site supplied me with a contact phone number, and when I called they promised to refund my money (I'm watching for it).

Then I called Dish Network to find out how E-Club got my debit card information. First this crazy woman I'm talking to claims she has no info of the debit (which I didn't figure she would, she wasn't understanding my question), then she says she does!! First she says she hasn't heard of the company, then she says they contract out work to them.

Apparently, despite claims to the contrary, Dish Network is aware of them and working with them!! She said that they gave E-Club my info, then when I got mad she claimed she didn't say that.

I'm not going to stop digging until I get satisfactory answers from Dish Network themselves. They have to account for their actions in allowing this little con-artist company to rip off their customers!
