We recieved our refund after we posted this on rip off report. It was told it was sent to us for months and we never recieved it, always with an excuse. We finally got our money and are glad to not have to deal with any of this anymore. Recieving our refund does not make us feel this was any better of an experience. There are a TON of people that have gone through the same exact thing we have.

We do not have proof that Waunita kept our dog that she told us had died, however, we also never recieved any proof that she did. Based on the fact that she dropped the news to my wife via e-mail, that alone seemed heartless. We are glad this is over. It just seems like we are hearing lie after lie and excuse after excuse. Waunita is stating that our first dog that died was the smallest of the litter however, the new one she sent us was from the same litter and i have emails from her stating that this one is the smallest. So again a lie.

You ARE breeding mixes - they are not purebreds. The definition of purebred is:

Of or belonging to a recognized strain established by breeding individuals of unmixed lineage over many generations.

Two dogs of the same breed bred together will produce a purebred. Dogs of two separate breeds produce mixes, regardless of whether or not the parents were purebred. A Shih-tese is not a breed, it's a mix of a Shih Tzu and a Maltese.

"Designer pups" is just a fancy name for a mixed breed dog.

First of all if Mr and Mrs Michael xxx researched far enough back they would have seen WHY things happened as it did in my past. OR they could have done the easy thing.. and ASKED ME ! I would have given them the whole story from the start.

I must say that I hope that whoever you said did an investagate or research did not charge you because if so you need to ask for a refund. They have NO idea what they are talking about.
I am very sorry to say that your first puppy did in fact pass. I am sorry but that is the truth.Why anyone would say anything different is just plain cruel.

You made the statement that I keepted that puppy for breeding? This is just crazy. First off. I have proof that she did die.
Second, if you read on my site your will see that I do NOT breed mixes. My Designer Pups come from a reg. mom and a reg. dad. Your puppy was a Shih-tese(Shih-tzu/Maltese)which came from a Reg. Shih-tzu and a Reg. Maltese. If I were the type of person to keep a puppy back and lie , WHICH I AM NOT>I still would not have kepted that puppy, she was remember the tiniest and then she was a mix. That is not one that I would have held back to breed.

So whoever gave you your information I hope you got a refund from them as you did from me. You have not yet posted that you recieved your refund for shipping wks ago.

You say that I have not helped with the vet bills. I have not recieved anything on what vet bills you are talking about. Fax me the vet bills and I will help as I do with many other customers.

You got your puppy(which you and your wife both said you were thrilled with) and also your refund on shipping which was nothing more than a mistake.

If you will send me the vet bills I will be more than glad to help with those too.
I only want to make my customers happy but cant if I dont know what you want me to do.
I think it would have only been the fair thing for you to have posted that you recieved your shipping refund,you expect fairness from others but yet dont give it yourself.I would also like a posted apologly for the slander that you know that puppy did not die. That is a lie and is hurtful to my character as a person and a breeder.

I adore my babies and when I loose one it hurts me deeply and to have someone make up such a false statement against me is something that I will not sit still for. I have asked you three times now to correct this statement. Micheal and Erica that puppy died. You are stating things against me online that are not true.I am sorry that the puppy died and I did send you another one.Which was your choice. I did refund your shipping fee and will help with your vet bills (whatever they are) I dont know what more you want from me?

You want me to do the right thing by you which I have and now you should do the same.

The shipping fee was a mistake. I use to ship all my babies COD but when I had to have the pups this day taken to the airport they did not know that I did not ship cod any longer.I have refunded the three shipping fees owed.I am sorry for any inconvience that this may have caused anyone. This was not intentionally done.
