INTERNET LOGOS LLC FRAUDULENT DEBIT CHARGE Leary Georgia

Fraudulent Debit Charge of $12.95 found on my Bank of America checking account. Phone number listed (229 734-4402) on the debit for INTERNET LOGOS LLC has been changed and referral number is not answered. No one physically has my debit card.
Changing debit cards with bank is the only answer, just a hassle of waiting 5-7 business days to get a new card. Seems like a lot of work for $12.95, but someone obviously has the number now. Where they got it, I don't know. I'm deleting my PayPal and Ebay accounts just in case !!
