This collection agency buys old debt, reages it and then puts it back on your Credit Report. Mine was 16 years old. They reaged it to 6 years, just trying to get under the 7 year wire.

They do not care if they have a license to collect in your state! DO NOT PAY THEM! Do not acknowledge that you owe them. DISPUTE and request a Debt Validation. They will not respond. Then FIGHT them and get the fines they owe you paid!

lhr inc had two accounts with them. paid both off, the first one paid off on 4/12/13 and the second one on 7/21/13. My credit report still shows an open amount of $19.00. None of the phone numbers work and i cannot get the $19.00 off of my credit report, which is bringing my score down. I want the $19.00 removed from my report.
